Meeting minutes

Please be sure to pick up your discount cards and have one of the officers sign off each time you participate at a CACHOG event. These cards are good for a 10% discount at Rock City Harley Davidson. These cards will be available at the monthly meetings.
Members who have purchased a new bike from Rock City recently, please add your name to the list. Please get with Judy Johns to have your name added. The chapter gets credit for new bikes.
Refer people to Rock City HD and get a referral fee. Pick up a referral card from one of the HOG officers. $200 gift card will be awarded to the HOG member referring potential buyers. Referral card must be presented to the salesperson prior to the sale.
CACHOG 2021 calendar is posted on the CACHOG website. It will have the most up-to-date info. All items are subject to change.
Facebook is a good source to check for CACHOG updates as well.
Face masks are required at restaurants when we go.
Easter Fun Run and Egg Hunt at Pine Hill Ranch scheduled for April 3rd. Ride leaves Rock City at 12 pm.
Rock City Harley Davidson will be the main sponsor for the Hot Springs Rally in September. They have secured the demo truck for that rally and volunteers to help out will be needed.
May 22nd reserve for the book run. CACHOG will be delivering books.

90 members so far in 2021; this includes new members and renewals.
Gordan Hamblin and Rusty Thomason were recognized today as new members.

Youth Home Picnic scheduled for April 10
Jason has a ride to Hot Springs on Sunday, April 11, to visit the Gangster Museum.
Friday night dinner ride on Friday, April 16, at 6:30 pm. Meet at RCHD.
Next Chapter Meeting will be Saturday, 04/17, at 9 am; lunch ride to Oark General Store. RC Sal Diaz

Reviewed staggered riding formation when riding in a group and the importance of maintaining group integrity.

Discussed his ride up to the Steel Horse Rally in Ft Smith in May.

Spoke about the recent Skilled Riders Course he completed the previous weekend and recognized Sal Diaz, Rusty Morris, and Josh for facilitating the course. Encouraged others to take the course because everyone can benefit from it no matter how long you’ve been riding.
